Assistant Deputy Minister Max Hendricks heads this division, which focuses on policy and planning, technology infrastructure and oversight of medical services.

The division includes seven branches:

Financial Services
eHealth Saskatchewan

Facilitates development, coordination and use of information and technology to support continuing improvements in health care delivery.

Health Registration
Medical Services
PSC Human Resources
Risk and Relationship Management Branch

Manages relationships with stakeholders and government risk. There are four distinct focuses: First Nations and Métis relations, regional planning and support, health information policy and legislation, and health emergency management.

Strategic Planning Branch

Provides leadership to the health system in the areas of strategic policy development and planning as well as capital asset planning.
