About HISC Saskatchewan Health Information Network (SHIN)Saskatchewan Health Information Network (SHIN) manages the development of a province-wide health information network in Saskatchewan. The history of the health information network goes back to the creation of SHIN as a Treasury Board Crown Corporation in 1997. At that time, SHIN began development of the network infrastructure to connect health care providers across the province in support of ongoing improvements for health services delivery.
