The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (SCA) is responsible for the planning, organization, delivery and evaluation of cancer care and related health services throughout the province. In carrying out its responsibilities the agency shall:
The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency has a governing board of up to 12 members appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, who also designates the chair and vice-chair.
Members of the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency should be prepared to meet regularly, usually once per month. The Cancer Agency may also strike subcommittees on particular issues and members should be prepared to participate.
