     Surgery and Diagnostics Regional Surgical CapacityProviding more surgeries in mid-sized and smaller Saskatchewan health regions is another innovative way in which Saskatchewan is addressing surgical wait times through the Saskatchewan Surgical Initiative. The province is providing funding to ensure that all health regions are able to maximize their surgical capacity and put patients first by providing services closer to their homes.
