Private Sewage Systems

The Private Sewage System Program works to ensure that site-appropriate onsite or decentralized sewage systems are designed and installed in Saskatchewan. Through Public Health Inspectors, the Health Regions permit and inspect the installation of new private sewage system as well as investigate complaints relating to existing systems.
