HIPA legislates privacy protection and obligations of trustees in the health system.

The eHealth Privacy Service (eHPS) is a centralized privacy service that provides patients with information about the privacy protections offered in the Pharmaceutical Information Program (PIP), Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and the Saskatchewan Laboratory Results Repository (SLRR), as well as processing any privacy requests related to these programs.

The Pharmaceutical Information Program (PIP) provides authorized health care professionals (e.g. pharmacists and physicians) with confidential access to patient medication records.

PACS is a secure computer system designed for the storage, retrieval and display of diagnostic images.

SIMS is a secure computer system designed to record and store your immunization information.

This registry is an electronic record of current and former Saskatchewan residents who/were entitled to receive insured health services from the province.
