If you have questions about how your personal information is collected, used or disclosed for a particular program or service, or if you wish to get access to the personal information the Ministry has about you, it is best to first contact the Ministry Branch that collects and/or uses your personal information. If you are not sure whom to contact, please call our general inquiry line at 1-800-667-7766.
