     Environmental Health PlumbingThe Ministry of Health is responsible for The Plumbing and Drainage Regulations which adopts the National Plumbing Code with Saskatchewan Amendments. The cities of Regina, Saskatoon and Lloydminster as well as the Health Regions are designated as local authorities with respect to The Plumbing and Drainage Regulations. The local authority in the geographic area of a proposed plumbing installation should be contacted in order to ensure that the requirements of the regulations are met.
