The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency now covers Avastin treatments for patients with advanced colorectal cancer who meet the treatment criteria.

Community Care Branch helps develop and support a broad range of community and institutional programs for Saskatchewan residents. Our major program areas include:

  • acquired brain injury (neurotrauma)
  • alcohol and drug services
  • cognitive disabilities (e.g. FASD)
  • home care
  • mental health
  • palliative care 
  • personal care homes
  • problem gambling
  • rehabilitation services (including hearing) 
  • safe driving program
  • services for seniors
  • services for youth at risk
  • special care (nursing) homes
