Saskatchewan! Healthy people. A healthy province.

The Saskatchewan Ministry of Health's Peer to Peer Network is a network of health care professionals who share information about how they are implementing electronic health records (EHRs) or electronic medical records (EMRs) within their practice environment. The network is currently made up of several health care provider disciplines (physicians, pharmacists and nurses) and promotes the active engagement of clinical practitioners and leverages natural leaders to:

  • support peers,
  • share best practices & lessons learned, and
  • communicate stories to develop expertise & facilitate learning.
