To apply for a health card, visit the Health Benefits section of this website, or get a form at your local municipal office.

Transportation

The appropriate mode of transportation will be determined by the pediatrician/pediatric specialist based on:

the child's condition
the availability of carriers
geographical considerations
existing weather conditions
consultation with the referring physician/RN.

Transportation will be provided by:

Regina Health District - Emergency Medical Services Division
M.D. Ambulance, Saskatoon
Saskatchewan Air Ambulance
