If you don't know the year and month of an announcement, try the Quick Search function (above).

If you think the words are contained in the news release headline, select "This Site" for your search.  The headings of all Health news releases issued since May 2004 are listed on Health's website.

If that doesn't yield the results you're looking for, it's possible the headline used different wording, or the release was issued from a different Ministry.  Select "All Government Sites" for your search.
