The overall goal of Saskatchewan's mental health services is to promote, preserve and restore the mental health of the population.

Health regions deliver mental health services within all health regions or within service areas involving multiple health regions. Services are accessible to all Saskatchewan residents.

The mental health program operates in accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Mental Health Services Act and Regulations.

The Mental Health Advisory Council (MHAC) advises the Minister and senior officials in Saskatchewan Health on policies, programs, priorities and resources aimed at meeting the mental health needs of the people of Saskatchewan.

Direct and indirect clinical and consulting services are available for adults in Saskatchewan.
Mental health services for children and adolescents in Saskatchewan.
The goal of inpatient service is to restore individuals' capacity to live independently.
Understand your rights under the Mental Health Services Act.
This program assists long-term mentally ill clients through the provision of long-term case management services, which can include housing in the form of group and approved homes as well as independent living options.
