A compendium of tests performed by the Saskatchewan Disease Control Laboratory. 

Online forms and information for testing drinking water, surface water, groundwater and sewage water.

Provides clinical chemistry services, both post mortem and clinical toxicology services and endocrinology testing. As well, this section provides a comprehensive newborn screening program for the early detection of inherited metabolic diseases and a maternal serum-screening program for assessing prenatal fetal status.

Bacteriology

  • Provides testing services to hospitals and health centres without a laboratory service, confirmatory identification and antibiotic susceptability to those who require the service, and the public health laboratory and reference testing and consultation to all of Saskatchewan.
