Human Resources Branch provides planning, leadership, direction and support in the area of human resource management within Saskatchewan Health.

The branch develops strategic directions and delivers services to support managers and employees in the workplace. Areas of primary focus include:

• human resource planning
• organizational development
• workplace wellness (balancing work and family, occupational health and safety, employee recognition, employee orientation, respectful workplace)
• human resources policy development and interpretation
• human resources best practices
• employee learning
• staffing and classification
