 Gary Allan

Gary Allan is a grain and cattle farmer and successful custom harvester from the Davidson area. In 2006, Gary worked with the Heartland Health Region as a concerned citizen, in successful regulation changes governing the placements of Long Term Care Clients. He has served as a CouncilLor and Deputy Reeve of the R.M. of Arm River. Gary was the Treasurer and Chairman of the Building Committee of the Davidson Indoor Hockey and Skating Rink Association as well as the same for the Building and Fundraising Committee for the Davidson Golf and Country Club. Gary has been awarded the Saskatchewan Centennial Medal.

Richard Anderson

Richard Anderson of Kerrobert is owner and operator of the Kerrobert Paint & Body Ltd. and a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Autobody Repairers. He is a former Alderman/Mayor of the municipality and is involved in the community. He is Board Chairperson of the Kerrobert United Church and the KLD Wellness Foundation, as well as a member of the Cemetery Committee. He has chaired and volunteered for Ducks Unlimited and the Kerrobert Wildlife Federation. An avid hockey fan and player, Richard has been involved as a player, coach and President of the Kerrobert Tigers Hockey Association.

Loretta Goring

Loretta Goring of Biggar is a member of the Appeal Board of Saskatchewan and sat on the board for the Greenhead Health District. She has volunteered with the Food Bank in Biggar since 2000. Her involvement with the community involved positions on the Music Festival Committees, Arts Council, and Donor's choice. She served as a Census Commissioner in the area three times.

Gary Groves

Gary Groves is a pharmacist with the Rosetown Co-operative Ltd. He has been a councillor with the town of Rosetown since 2001 and is Chairperson of the Administration and Recreation-Leisure committees. He is one of two town representatives on the Utility Board for the Saskatchewan Landing Regional Water Pipeline and is co-chair of the Aquadeo Playground committee. He is past President and Councillor for District 7 with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists. Gary is a member of the Canadian Pharmacists Association, the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists and the Pharmacists Association of Saskatchewan (PAS).

Lorreen Ilott

Lorreen Ilott from Eston has co-owned and operated the family farm since 1976. She co-owned and operated a retail business from 1990 - 1997. She is a member of the Eston '95 Lions Club and has served as President. She was Zone Chair for the Lions District 5CW. Lorreen is a committee member of the Eston River Trek and has served as Chairperson since 2005. She does volunteer work at the Eston Health Centre.

Lyle Leys

Lyle Leys of Elrose owned and operated a family farm until 2004 when he retired from active farming. He served as a member of the Elrose Union Hospital and Golden Years Lodge and councillor and Reeve for R.M. of Monet No. 257. He was a member of the Steering Committee and was the Chairperson of the former Midwest District Health Board. He is also a member of the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Executive Committee and served as Chairperson of SAHO in 2001.He served as chairperson of the Heartland Regional Health Authority from 2002 to 2008.

Hazel Lorenz

Hazel Lorenz of Wilkie is a career development consultant and former practical and applied arts coordinater with the Living Sky School Division. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Teacher's Federation and the Saskatchewan Career and Work Education Association. She was chairperson of the Wilkie Economic and Recreation Boards, and is an advisory board member for the Ministry of Education. Hazel was a member of the Kinette Club of Wilkie, where she was a zone coordinator, president, secretary, treasurer and director at differing times.

Lyle Rankin

Lyle Rankin owns Outlook Rentals LTD and is a past member of the Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists. He was an executive member of the St. Andrews United Church and is President of the Outlook and District Chamber of Commerce.

George Siemens

George Siemens is a farmer in the Fiske area. He has served as a member of several federal and provincial agriculture committees representing farmers in the province of Saskatchewan. He is also on the Rosetown Health Foundation fundraising committee.

Mary Lou Whittles

Mary Lou (M.L.) Whittles of Kenaston has been employed as a paralegal with Merchant Law Group, Saskatoon Branch for over 20 years. She has been vice-chairperson of the Kenaston and District Co-op and was Secretary for the Kenaston and District Chamber of Commerce, of which she is now president. She is a volunteer Director for MidSask REDA/CF and is one of the founders and president of NuSask International Student Program Inc. She is vice-chair of WaterWolf Economic Developments Inc. and sits on the executive of the newly formed MidSask Enterprise Region.
