Complete and submit your application for a Saskatchewan Health Services Card using the convenient, step-by-step online application.

Eligibility for health coverage for Saskatchewan residents, students, people moving from and to Saskatchewan (including special classes of newcomers) or temporarily absent from the province.

Some services received outside the province are covered by Saskatchewan Health. In some cases, prior approval is required.

Publicly-funded medical and community services available to Saskatchewan residents with a valid Health Services card.

Benefits provided to low income families, individuals or families receiving Social Assistance, seniors on fixed incomes and those whose drug cost are high in relation to their income.

Those who qualify for Supplementary Health benefits are eligible for a number of health services and products.
