Dale Toni, Chairperson

Dale Toni of Moose Jaw is a pharmacist and manages Pharmasave Drugs (Leonard Fysh Pharmacy) in Moose Jaw.

Mr. Toni’s professional activities include member and past president of both the Saskatchewan Pharmaceutical Association and Canadian Pharmaceutical Association. His community activities include chairperson and vice-chairperson of the former Moose Jaw-Thunder Creek District Health Board, member of the Moose Jaw Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Moose Jaw Warriors, and past chair of Pioneers Housing Association.

Elaine Mulatz, Vice-Chairperson

Elaine Mulatz of Moose Jaw is currently employed at TD Canada Trust in Moose Jaw as an Agriculture Relationship Manager.

Ms. Mulatz’s professional activities include participation on the former South Country District Health Board as a member, chair and vice-chair. She is also a past chair for the Structure and Bylaw Committee. Her community involvement includes public representative for the Council of the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants’ Association as well as the Assiniboia Merchant Association.

Alvin Arnold

Alvin Arnold’s previous board experience includes serving four years on the South Country District Health Board and eight years on the South Country Health Foundation. Mr. Arnold is employed by The Co-operators as an insurance sales associate. He has been very involved and volunteered in numerous community organizations including school, health, church and recreational boards and associations. Mr. Arnold resides in Shamrock.

John Bumbac

John Bumbac of Assiniboia is a retired teacher and is currently a full time farmer.

Mr. Bumbac’s community involvement includes director for Assiniboia Credit Union for three years, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool committee member, Thunder Creek Mental Health Advisory Board member, and Vice-Chair of Public Education for the Saskatchewan Division of the Canadian Cancer Society.

His professional activities include coaching curling, member of the Assiniboia School Teachers’ Association, and Coordinator for the Student Exchange Program at Assiniboia Composite High School. John has also been appointed to the University of Saskatchewan Senate, appointed chairman for the STF Provincial Awards Selection Committee, and appointed to the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation Ad Hoc Committee.

Marian Campbell

Marian Campbell of Moose Jaw and her husband Norm have three adult children. Marian is the Executive Director of South Central Recreation & Parks Association (SCRAPA). She is actively involved with the in motion movement within the SCRAPA region and is a founding member of the City of Moose Jaw in motion Action Team.

Her professional activities include member the Five Hills Health Region Population Health Promotion Steering Committee, where she sits on the Active Communities, Falls Prevention Committee and the Drug Strategy Prevention Working Groups. Marian is also a member of the Regional Intersectoral Committee, and is a registered member of the Saskatchewan Physical Activity Council.

Shayne Cristo

Shayne Cristo of Assiniboia is a banker and has been with Conexus Credit Union/Assiniboia Credit Union for nine years. He also operates a ranching/livestock operation. He received a diploma in Agriculture from the University of Saskatchewan in 1988 and a certificate in mutual funds from the Canadian Investment Institute in 2000. He is very versed in investment counseling and financial planning. During university he served as President of the Agriculture Student Society, sat on the board of College Presidents and was a member of the College of Agriculture Advisory Board.

Jo-Anne Dusel

Jo-Anne Dusel of Moose Jaw has worked for Moose Jaw Transition House since 1994 and is currently the House Supervisor.

Ms. Dusel has been active in the artistic community, as well as with groups working for social justice. Jo-Anne has also been a past Vice-Chair for the Moose Jaw-Thunder Creek District Health Board.

David Foley

Mr. Foley is the General Manager of the Moose Jaw Housing Authority.

Dave has a Diploma in Theology (1972) and Bachelor of Social Work degree (2006). He was a Registered Social Worker for 20 years, and, during his career in human services, he has held positions ranging from social work caseworker through program supervisor and agency administrator. In health care, he has been a nursing home administrator and Activation Consultant for Extendicare (Western Canada).

His board experience includes being a member and chairperson of Ina Grafton Gage Home in Moose Jaw, member of the City of Moose Jaw Special Needs’ Advisory Committee and the Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association. He has been an active volunteer and leader in The Salvation Army in many communities, and has also been a member of many groups such as the Alzheimer’s Society and the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Leslie Grey

Leslie Grey of Moose Jaw is currently retired. In the past he worked as a Vocational Co-ordinator for Canadian Mental Health in Moose Jaw.

Mr. Grey’s community involvement includes Chairman of the Moose Jaw Housing Authority, board member of the Moose Jaw-Thunder Creek Health District, Co-Chairperson for the Mental Health Advisory Committee, member of the Economic Development Commission, and a member of the Ad Hoc Committee on Downtown Development.

Janeth Muldoon

Janeth Muldoon of Crane Valley is currently employed with Piche-Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Assiniboia. Her work experience includes teaching at a business college, secretarial work, and clerking at a large rural farm retail business, while maintaining an active partnership in their farming operation and raising a son and daughter.

Ms Muldoon has lived most of her life in a rural area. Her community involvement includes the curling club, recreation centre, 4-H and the South Country Health Board. She was region director, executive member and served as President of the Saskatchewan Curling Association in 2004.

Donald Shanner

Donald Shanner of Moose Jaw has been the Director of SIAST Palliser Campus for five years. He is very knowledgeable regarding government policy and mandates.

Mr. Shanner is very involved in community activities and organizations and was the President of the Moose Jaw and District Chamber of Commerce, the Program Director of the Wakamow Rotary Club and member of the Knights of Columbus.
