Dental health is important to overall health, appearance and emotional well being. Parents can protect their children's teeth by showing a positive attitude and teaching them the importance of:
  • Brushing twice a day.
  • Flossing once a day.
  • Using fluorides
  • Choosing healthy snacking habits and eating nutritious meals.
  • Wearing mouthguards for sports.
  • Having a dental check-up at least once a year.
