Environmental Health Air QualityHealth region public health inspectors respond to complaints regarding indoor air quality that are causing human health effects in public buildings and rental units. Examples of concerns/complaints include health effects associated with carbon monoxide, mould, nitrogen dioxide, carbon dioxide, formaldehyde, etc. Indoor air quality complaints relating to the workplace environment should be referred to Saskatchewan Labour Occupational Health and Safety (see related link below). Depending on the type of concern, public health inspectors also provide advice on indoor air quality problems that cause health effects in private residences.
